ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL DAY TO BE OUTSIDE!
My client and I spent over an hour walking and jogging at the track. While we were burning calories, we were able to get some much needed vitamin D and squeeze in some good conversation while walking the curves. Take advantage of this weather because apparently it's supposed to snow early next week!
Grab a friend and head out! I feel so much better -- what a great way to start the weekend :)

Powerless Balance Bracelets

HAHAHAHAHA!
My client sent me this article a couple weeks ago and I was so excited to post this on my blog! I mean, they look cool but obviously have no scientific abilities to enhance your performance. Duh! I told you! :)

So last week the marketing team at The Cooper Aerobics Center asked me to perform a few full body movements for the Cooper Blog. I thought I would just be performing the movement, but little did I know they needed me to introduce myself, explain the movement, muscles targeted...blah blah blah. Instantly I got nervous and SUPER embarrassed! LOL! So here's
My first video and evidence of the first time I've been in front of a video camera since high school volleyball. Haha! You can tell I'm nervous :( but the next few videos get better...I think. Here's the second take of a lunge with a bicep curl.
Hopefully I'll get better and better so you guys can be proud of me :) heehee!

Day 12
Hope everyone is having a wonderful 2011 so far! Are you keeping up with your resolutions? I haven't given up yet - I've been eating more fish and stressing less. The eating fish part has been easy, however the stress free days have been a struggle... That's when I have you guys to be thankful for...
I want everyone reading this to know that I have the most AMAZING clients. I want to thank all of you that helped me to Day 12 :) My goal is to help each of you in your fitness journey/lifestyle. You may not know this but as I am helping you burn calories, you are helping me in ways I am so thankful for. You guys are all so special to me and I look forward to every session.
Ok sorry, enough with the sweet sappy stuff... Down and give me 20! ;)
