I am so new to this whole "blog" thing. I plan on using this for several reasons -- I'd like my clients to keep up with this page for nutrition updates, cardio homework, various articles I agree with and so on. I also plan on posting a few things I do throughout my week -- maybe what exercises or cardio I did; or what I ate for dinner...
I'll probably get a little personal with it and use it to post some fun pictures of my family, friends and other artsy things. I've wanted to start an interactive website for a while now...so this is kind of my way of getting started. Guess we'll see how it goes ;)
